浩瀚色譜（山東）應用技術(shù)開發(fā)有限公司，應用柱前衍生-氣相色譜法分離并測定了反應混合物中同存的季戊四醇(MPE)和雙季戊四醇(DPE)、衍生化反應系在120℃加熱的封閉試管中進行，分離及測定時采用內(nèi)裝10%OV-101及180~150μm 101AW-DMCS的不銹鋼管(2 m×3 mm)作色譜柱。所得結(jié)果的RSD值,測MPE時小于0.21%,測DPE時小于0.18%。測定值與標準值之間的偏差均小于0.9%。

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. used pre column derivatization gas chromatography to separate and determine the coexisting pentaerythritol (MPE) and dipentaerythritol (DPE) in the reaction mixture. The derivatization reaction was carried out in a closed test tube heated at 120 ℃, and a stainless steel tube (2 m × 3 mm) containing 10% OV-101 and 180-150 μ m 101AW-DMCS was used as the chromatographic column for separation and determination. The RSD values of the obtained results were less than 0.21% when measuring MPE and less than 0.18% when measuring DPE.
