石墨化碳黑填料廣泛用于農藥殘留分析前處理中，適用于多種有機物的萃取和凈化，特別適用于分離和去除各類基質。地表水和果蔬中的色素（葉綠素和類胡蘿卜素等）、苯酚、氯苯胺、有機氯農藥、氨基甲酸鹽等等。
