浩瀚色譜（山東應(yīng)用技術(shù)開發(fā)有限公司）采用GC-MS氣相色譜-質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用法測定復(fù)合食品包裝袋中2,4-二氨基甲苯含量。沸水浸取2,4-二氨基甲苯后,用二氯甲烷作溶劑進(jìn)行液-液萃取,加入氯化鈉提高萃取效率,將濃縮的樣品直接進(jìn)行GC-MS定量定性分析。實驗結(jié)果表明線性范圍在0.002～0.01mg/L,線性方程為:Y=5136+69.526X(r=0.9994),檢出限小于0.002mg/L,加標(biāo)回收率在71%～95%之間。

After leaching 2,4-diaminotoluene in boiling water, liquid-liquid extraction is performed using dichloromethane as the solvent. Sodium chloride is added to improve the extraction efficiency, and the concentrated sample is directly subjected to GC-MS quantitative and qualitative analysis. The experimental results show that the linear range is 0.002-0.01 mg/L, the linear equation is Y=5136+69.526X (r=0.9994), the detection limit is less than 0.002 mg/L, and the recovery rate is between 71% and 95%.
