浩瀚色譜（山東）應(yīng)用技術(shù)開發(fā)有限公司測定了６１個不同類型化合物在６根ＰＥＧ２０Ｍ石英毛細(xì)管柱上的保留指數(shù)（ＲＩ），結(jié)果表明各柱間ＲＩ存在相當(dāng)大的差異，給ＲＩ數(shù)據(jù)庫的應(yīng)用帶來了困難，結(jié)合文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)，從固定液本身、相界面吸附、熱力學(xué)函數(shù)及柱極性的表征等方面探討其原因，認(rèn)為以烷烴為主的相界面吸附是影響ＲＩ可比性的重要因素，同時柱制備過程帶來的影響也不容忽視。
