浩瀚色譜（山東）應(yīng)用技術(shù)開發(fā)有限公司采用弱酸性吸收液采集無組織廢氣中的三甲胺,加入堿液后,在一定的溫度下經(jīng)一定時間的平衡,吸收液中的三甲胺逸至上部空間,并在氣液兩相中達到動態(tài)的平衡。此時,三甲胺在氣相中的濃度與它在液相中的濃度成正比。用氫火焰離子化檢測器對氣相中的三甲胺進行測定。實驗結(jié)果表明,在無組織廢氣吸收液體積為10.0 mL,采樣體積為20 L時,三甲胺的檢出限是0.003 mg/m~3,線性良好,相關(guān)系數(shù)為0.9997,加標回收率為85.0%-100%。初步建立了頂空氣相色譜法測定無組織廢氣中三甲胺的方法。
