新型合成酚類抗氧化劑叔丁基對(duì)苯二酚(TBHQ)通過(guò)生產(chǎn)和消費(fèi)進(jìn)入環(huán)境,對(duì)人體健康和生態(tài)環(huán)境造成影響。目前,其安全性仍存在很大爭(zhēng)議,而我國(guó)尚無(wú)食品中TBHQ的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)檢測(cè)方法。基于“綠色化學(xué)”的環(huán)境保護(hù)理念,為從源頭對(duì)其進(jìn)行控制,滿足當(dāng)前對(duì)食品中TBHQ添加量進(jìn)行檢測(cè)監(jiān)督的需求和進(jìn)一步完善TBHQ的毒理學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)。
浩瀚色譜(山東)應(yīng)用技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)有限公司建立了定量檢測(cè)食用植物油中TBHQ的方法,研究了TBHQ在大鼠血清中的代謝規(guī)律,運(yùn)用血清藥理學(xué)方法對(duì)TBHQ進(jìn)行了毒性評(píng)價(jià)。取得的主要成果如下: (1)建立了能夠快速、準(zhǔn)確、靈敏地檢測(cè)食用植物油中TBHQ的液相色譜/質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用法。該方法線性好(R<'2>=0.9990),檢出限低(0.3 mg/kg),準(zhǔn)確度高(回收率83.3~110.8%),重現(xiàn)性好(日內(nèi)相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差為2.5%,同問(wèn)相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差為7.6%),耗時(shí)短。
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了采用氣相色譜、液相色譜測(cè)定叔丁基對(duì)苯二酚(TBHQ)的原理、試劑、儀器和設(shè)備、分析步驟、結(jié)果計(jì)算及精密度。
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于較低熔點(diǎn)的食用植物油中TBHQ含量的測(cè)定。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不適用于熔點(diǎn)高于35℃以上的食用植物油中TBHQ含量的測(cè)定。
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)定量限:氣相色譜法為0.001g/kg,液相色譜法為0.006g/kg。

Tert-butylhydroquinone (TBHQ), a new synthetic phenolic antioxidant, enters the environment through production and consumption, which has an impact on human health and ecological environment. At present, its safety is still controversial, and there is no standard test method for TBHQ in food in China. Based on the environmental protection concept of "green chemistry", in order to control it from the source, meet the current demand for detection and supervision of TBHQ addition in food and further improve the toxicological evaluation of TBHQ.
Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Applied Technology Development Co., Ltd. has established a method for quantitative detection of TBHQ in edible vegetable oil, studied the metabolic rule of TBHQ in rat serum, and conducted toxicity evaluation of TBHQ using serum pharmacological methods. The main achievements are as follows: (1) A liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry method for the rapid, accurate and sensitive detection of TBHQ in edible vegetable oil was established. The method has good linearity (R<'2>=0.9990), low detection limit (0.3 mg/kg), high accuracy (recovery rate of 83.3~110.8%), good reproducibility (intra-day relative standard deviation of 2.5%, intra-day relative standard deviation of 7.6%) and short time.
This standard specifies the principle, reagents, instruments and equipment, analytical steps, result calculation and precision of determination of tert-butylhydroquinone (TBHQ) by gas chromatography and liquid chromatography.
This standard is applicable to the determination of TBHQ content in edible vegetable oil with lower melting point. This standard is not applicable to the determination of TBHQ content in edible vegetable oil with melting point higher than 35 ℃.
The quantitative limit of this standard: 0.001g/kg for gas chromatography and 0.006g/kg for liquid chromatography.
In this standard, gas chromatography is the arbitration method.
